I have created a bar that has 20% of all nutrients a person needs in a day.
One twennybar contains 20% (twenny ;)) of the recommended daily intake. Throw some in your backpack, a couple in your purse or the glove compartment of you car and never worry about food again. Because these guys come fully prepared, no need for adding water or any shaking. (having a drink with these is nice though)
