Ways To Cook Eggs

Eggs can be cooked almost anyway you can think of, It's amazing. The runny inside helps make your dish savory and full flavor. Back in my ramen noodle post, I mentioned how I like to boil my eggs, but remove them early so the yolk in the middle is still a bit runny. The yolk runs over my noodles adding a ton of delicious flavor in every bite.

Hard boiled:

This is when they are hard, And you can remove the shell after cooking. This is what you see during Easter haha.
You simply boil the eggs for 10 minutes on the stove.

Soft boiled:

This is how I do my eggs, They are like hard boiled eggs, But the yolk is runny. You boil for about 5-6 minutes to achieve this result. Depending on how you want your eggs.

Poached:

Another one of my favorites! These are often difficult to pull off though. It might be a fun date night activity! Hahaha!

Get your water super hot, Add a tablespoon of vinegar. DONT be too generous with the vinegar. Unless you want your egg to taste like that.

Put your raw egg cracked, into a bowl. Be careful not to break the yolk. Then gently release it into the water, Without the shell. Sometimes creating a whirlpool in the water helps hold the egg together.

Remove in about five minutes.

Sunny Side up

Another favorite of mine... Maybe I just love eggs LOL
This is when you get that nice liquid yolk in the middle. Cook the egg until it's starting to brown on the bottom, Then very gently flip it without breaking the yolk. Once it's cooked, Enjoy.

Scrambled.

Probably one of the easier ones, Just put your eggs in the pan after stirring them and turning them into a "whipped" texture. This creates a balance of white and egg in every bite. Pour mixture into a hot pan on the stove and cook,
Remember Cook eggs slowly on lower heats except with hard boiled poached etc. Otherwise, it gives your eggs a nasty rubber texture.

You can scramble eggs with a mix of Vegetables Tons of cheese Spices, and potatoes.

Omelettes

Are also hard to make. It's similar to making a scrambled egg. But you leave the egg flat. And once the whole circular egg is cooked on the bottom you gently flip it to cook the other side. You then add your ingredients like cheese, Vegetables and potatoes to the side of the omelet then fold it in half like a taco. It's like an "egg taco."

There are more ways to cook eggs, But these are some of the more well known. Eggs are something people need to eat more of; Eggs are low in fat, and high in protein. They are delicious and versatile, Cheap and nutrition. Eggs are like a dream come true for our bodies.
If you eat a ton of eggs, It may be better to remove the yolks on at least some of them. The yolk is high in cholesterol, while the white isn't. Eating the white is only about 15 calories per egg!
