Lifehacks; Ultimate Nachos, 5 Ingrediants, 10 minutes, Just In Time For Football!!!

First off, I apologize for not taking pics of each step, but this recipe is so easy you wont need them!!! I am on the move right now and couldn't make a batch as I was writing this. But they will look somewhat similar to the file pic I used, but we are going to make our ULTIMATE NACHOS on a serving tray or platter.

Materials

1 Serving tray

1 Frying Pan

1 Mixing Bowl

1 Pot or Tea Kettle

1 Tupperware Container

Ingrediants

1 Bag Family Size Nacho Cheese Doritos

1 Small Box Instant Rice

1 Can Hormel Chili W Beans

1 Small Summer Sausage

1 Jar Salsa Con Queso (or can of nacho cheese)

Directions

Start a pot of water boiling, and pour the instant rice in the tupperware, about 2 cups of rice will do. Spread the Doritos on the serving tray. Open the can of chili, pour in a mixing bowl, and mix with a little bit of hot water to a slightly runny consistency. Open the summer sausage, an dice into small pieces. Now pour a small amount of water into the frying pan, and place on high heat. The sausage has enough fat that you don't need any oil. When the water is boiling, cover rice and put lid on container. Now stir your sausage, it will start to sizzle and pop. When it gets dark and the water turns brown remove from heat. Now pour your chili mixture over the rice and stir well, then spread mix over Doritos. Now pour jar of Salsa Con Queso into mixing bowl, then add sausage and water mixture. Beat well and pour over nachos. Done!!!

These are delicious as they are, but you may want to garnish with jalapenos, sour cream, etc. according to personal taste. If you want to get fancy, you can substitute taco meat for the summer sausage, but that will take longer. This is a I-wasn't-planning-on-having-company-until-10 minutes-ago type of recipe. ENJOY
