Last week I mentioned that I did not think I would have much of a zucchini harvest this year, but what a difference a week makes.
There they were perfect in size and just right for the picking.
Not a bad haul from the garden tonight with some nice peppers and tomatoes along with the zucchini.
Add an onion and garlic and saute the zucchini for a nice side dish with dinner.
Dinner tonight was a cheeseburger, french fries, coleslaw (homemade), garden fresh tomatoes with of course fresh zucchini.
I will have the peppers tomorrow.
