In Mangalore, now we can see a variety of mangoes in the market. And here we make so many dishes using this fruit, right from the Pickle to Curry and Juice to Payasam....
I know you all are familiar with a milk shake with Mango. But today I am here with making a Mango - Milk Shake in a bit different way!!
Blend Mango pieces, cardamom and sugar or jaggery in a mixer or blender. Add milk, mix well and refrigerate for half an hour and serve chilled!...
Note: When we are adding fresh milk, then we have to use sugar. If we like to use jaggery, then Coconut milk tastes better.
