Chocolate cookies with oatmeal

These are cookies that can be made as large as 10 cm. in diameter, or small 4cm. Yesterday I made some bigger ones because I wanted to use them as dessert. I took two of them and put a layer of applesauce between, with whipped cream on the top.


Ingredients:

- 100 g butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g oatmeal
- 20 g. chopped chocolate
- 1 egg
- 100 - 150 g of wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder


Instructions:

- Stir sugar and butter well
- Add oatmeal, chocolate, egg, flour and baking powder
- Mix it all together


- Make small balls of dough and roll each one out to approx. 10 cm. or less if you want small cookies

- Fry in the oven at approx. 125 degrees c for approx. 30 min.


Add the apple sauce to the bottom one. Put the 2nd. On top and finally top with whipped cream. Decorate with chopped chocolate.
