Y este caso no fue la excepción. De entrada, el único spoiler que les puedo dar, si es que puede llamarse de esa manera, es que no es una película como la que acostumbramos a ver de él, y además, tampoco es una de las mejores. Pero tiene tantos elementos típicos del lenguaje cinematográfico, que me llevó directamente a los tiempos en los que daba clases de cine en la Universidad Fermín Toro, y me esforzaba para que mis alumnos entendieran la magia del cine. La historia va, sobre un par de mujeres presuntamente inocente, que tocan la puerta de un arquitecto que ha quedado solo en casa, para pedirle ayuda pues se han perdido en medio de una noche de lluvia. Si doy más detalles, estaría arruinando tu experiencia si es que decides verla. Pero si ya la viste, te invito a darle una segunda ojeada, esta vez, desde el punto de vista crítico y analítico, de como fueron usados los elementos cinematográficos, de una manera majestuosa. Si bien, no es una película que pase a ser de culto, o que haya ganado algún premio, yo la tomo como un ejemplo de lo que se debe y no se debe hacer en un filme. Inicialmente, es increíble como usan píldoras, sea en diálogos o por algunas imágenes, que nos van guiando y avanzando en la historia, ya que son hechas con tal magia, que cada vez que se ve el plano secuencia desde la entrada de la casa y nos va guiando hacia el interior de la misma, es una señal sobre un nuevo movimiento de este par de mujeres. https://images.ecency.com/DQmYFrXNb3sfqsuoUwx3boCmjue1ycuDMfw4YTUF4UeCC4V/image.png Igualmente, se ven muy bien definidos los 5 actos del guión. El solo hecho de ver un par de mujeres en la puerta de la casa de un hombre solo, ya te indica cual es el primer punto de retorno. Al igual que la frase, *"yo voy a poder con las dos"* que dice Reeve en medio de una conversación, nos asoma como va a ir este tema, sin necesidad de haber leído una sinopsis previa. Si ves la película por segunda vez, quizás comiences a notar lo directamente expuestos que están este tipo de anzuelos, que van uniéndose como eslabones de una cadena para formar la historia. Por ejemplo, las menciones hacia el cabello de Evan (el personaje de Reeves), la revista de arte, la escultura que está por secarse... Como espectador, me desmotivó un poco que aunque es la promesa inicial del trailer, el terror psicológico no fuera el plato fuerte, ¿o quizás es que ya estoy curtida en el tema? Lo que si aplaudo (como siempre lo hago) fue la actuación de Reeves, quien una vez más me deja con todas las casillas activas en lo que esperaba de ese personaje, pues actúa como un hombre normal, con sus marcados cambios de humor, sin llegar a ser la parodia de ninguno de estos. El desespero de su parte, al ver como poco a poco se desmoronaba toda la vida que había construido, es tan real, que dificilmente no te puedes ver en sus mismos zapatos, y todo ello, llevado por una necesidad física, que es mucho más fuerte en los hombres que en las mujeres. En líneas generales, es una película sobre intromisiones domésticas, que nos pone a pensar en el inminente peligro de dejar entrar a un extraño a casa. De todo, creo que lo peor fue el guiño final hacia el uso de las redes sociales como manera de exponerse al mundo. De hecho, de esa escena han salido cualquier cantidad de memes, porque hasta en la película pareciera que lo es! En fin, si te consigues con esta película, debes tener en cuenta que la ves bajo tu propio riesgo, o que te sembré la curiosidad por analizarla desde un punto de vista cinematográfico y no crítico.
