Classic cream sauce recipe
This sauce can be combined with any dish.
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 450 ml whipping cream.
Put the oil in a saucepan or a small saucepan and melt over medium heat. Add flour, whipping butter. Add salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes. The mass should be of a uniform consistency.
Continuing to whisk the mixture, pour in half the cream and cook for about a minute. Add the remaining cream and, stirring, cook another 3-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
