Mutton is the goat meat and it is cooked in numerous delicious ways in Aceh. Usually people in the village will cook the mutton curry when they celebrated the Islamic big days such as Maulid Nabi, or they will cook it when their children get married.

Mutton or goat curry is delicious served with rice. If you thicken the gravy, it tastes just as good with hot and I am sure you will have some more.

The seasoning or flavoring is ready in a big frying pan. It will be heated then the mutron is going to put together with seasoning.
