Here is how my healthy protein shake looks like:
It cointains:
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 2 scoups of oats or 70 grams
- 200ml od whole milk
And it tastes great due to banana and apple they have some suger in them, you dont even notice the eggs.
And here is how it all looked like when i put the ingredients inside:

And here is the final product:
This is so easy to make when i am tired from work or when i am in the rush.
I love blending stuff in the morning before i go to the work.
