Stir-Fried Onions
Ingredients:
- 2 large onions
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Peel and thinly slice the onions.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
