Artificial Viciousness, A Future Form of Artificial Intelligence

One of the things with artificial intelligence, and algorithms in general, is programming bias. Whether conscious or subconscious, often algos are programmed with a certain degree of personal bias originating from the programmer.

Long-term Steemian @dana-edwards tackles a new possible topic which an AI future may soon bring us: Artificial Viciousness.

This means when AI is brought into our reality in a practical way the laws of supply and demand will of course encourage the development of progressively more vicious bots.

The debate of the future could be about artificial viciousness, where AI is designed to be as vicious as possible in order to deter attackers.

Head over to @dana-edwards post and read about their fear around artificial viciousness and whether it could possibly also become part of your future: Artificial viciousness, the AI attack dog we should all fear.

Hey there, this is @FknMayhem's alt account.

Here I mostly tumbl (resteem with added commentary and attitude or snark, a form of advanced curation Steem doesn't offer), zapp, post to forums, and submit other miscellaneous mischief. The latter which may or may not include more personal content.

There may be days it can be noisy around here, follow at your own risk. Alternatively, follow my attempts at more in-depth own content on my main account, @FknMayhem.

I am also on zeh Titter. Feel free to pitch me your worthy suggestions there. But make them worth my time, please. A SteemAuto curation trail can be joined here (must be logged in) to support and upvote all great content found and curated.
