LHOKSUKON - Simpang Empat Village, Simpang Keuramat Subdistrict, North Aceh was converted into a lake of fire when the subdistrict capital burned on Saturday (27/1) afternoon. Temporary data are 75 heads of households (KK) with hundreds of homeless persons.

According to him, most of the burned shophouses are constructed of wood and others are semi-permanent. "This is the oldest building in our region, so have begun to rot," he said.

Head of Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Aceh, Munawar to Serambi mentioned the results of data collection by the district and district of the number of buildings burned as many as 58 units of shophouses.

Munawar said his side had distributed relief panic in the form of rice, cooking oil, blankets, and other emergency needs for the victims. BPBD also distributed two tents for refugees.
