hello my steemers friends, how is going on Tuesday? not good, right? well for me it is a perfect day and i am happy that i have finally finished my bud Spencer bust and i am ready to deliver it, otherwise yes, i hate Mondays and Tuesdays :-);
so i will share in this post the final look of bud's bust and will share some notes about the final process of the making so if anyone here is expert in making sculptures from clay, he can add and correct my method here.
First you can see that the final color of the bust is little bit darker than the one i showed in my last post, i think the cause here is the glossiness, after the bust was dried out, i tried to create a reflective glossy look to make the bust more appealing by rubbing the dried clay, this process is called "buffing",
the method worked out, but then the i ran into a problem of sealing it. so i used a very good spray sealer which made the bust water proof:
then i used a Kiwi shoe wax to add more shines to the bust :
and the final result looks like below :
finally i would like to thanks all the steemers out there who upvoted my previous post regarding this sculpture especially @techtek who introduced my post to @Steemmakers, and also to all bud Spencer lovers all around the world.
