Film : Special

The protagonist Ryan Kayes, played by Ryan O'connell himself, is 20 years old, cerebral palsy, gay, and "raw" and is dependent on Karen's mother-in-person protection with too strong child-defect. Ryan's life is the date chain struggling with the simplest activities such as tying the shoes or opening the boxes, as the cerebral palsy does not allow him to coordinate the limbs as normal. But then he got a leg internship on a blog and the public environment exposure made Ryan change. He began his self-establishment, firmly moving out as a real adult, learning how to love people, learning how to love himself and accepting the cerebral palsy that was part of him. Instead, Ryan's journey begins with a lie.

Special is not the first series to depict the lives of people with disabilities. Previously, there were series of films that took the same theme and captured many of the audience's feelings such as Speechless or Atypical. In terms of the gay aspect, today's cinema is also not lacking in films about the LGBTQ + community and has just been shaken. But it wasn't so Special that sank a forest of men before. Just as its name suggests, the film contains special things.
