A deep pit. Even if you were near you couldn't hear those inside shouting. "Save yourselves".
Pit in Pathway
In a mountain pathway barely used anymore,
there was a pit.
A very well-hidden hole.
The pit was so deep,
looking from the top you won't see the bottom.
The pit sides were steep,
you'd easily fall but couldn't climb back out.
Someone fell in the pit.
He somehow survived the fall.
The man shouted but no one heard.
He tried to get climb out.
Minute after minute passed, and he couldn't get back.
Hour after hour, and he lost his strength.
Fall after fall, and he succumbed to despair.
He could barely see the top.
He shouted for someone to save him.
The man accepted his fate,
but he wanted to save others from that fate.
"There's a hole here. Save yourselves!"
The man shouted but no one heard.
Two days have gone by. Then thre.
And no one heard that shouting man.
Then another man fell into the pit.
He didn't hear the first man's screams.
The two men tried working together to get climb back,
but fall after fall and they succumbed to despair.
The two men accepted their fate,
but they wanted to save people from that fate.
"There's a hole here. Save yourselves!"
The two men shouted but not one heard.
The End
It's sad that things like these always happen... People always "fall" in problems, but when they do they can't warn others who'd have the same fate... It's sad. But at least there's Hope that life isn't always that sad...
Hopefully someone would save these two guys before the third one... Ooops!! well, maybe someone can save those three guys now... Yup... maybe.
