RE: The growth of Fascism

Thank you for your comment. Justin Trudeau is the son of Pierre Elliot Trudeau. Before he became Prime Minister he stated that if the Province of Quebec votes for separation from Canada, then he is leaving with Quebec. That was enough for me to form an opinion of his allegiance to the country he wants to lead. It is also worth noting that even though his father wrote the Constitution of Canada. Quebec would not sign it. The Premier of Quebec was Rene Levesque. Mr. Levesque was justifiably suspicious of the Prime Minister. Both men are Quebeckers, or sometimes they refer to themselves as Quebecois. And oddly enough Quebec still lives under the British North America Act( the Constitution written for Canada by the Government of England). The rest of Canada lives under the new Constitutions. There is a challenge before the Supreme Court of Canada to resolve this issue. The Supreme Court has not heard it. It has been many years since the challenge was made. The Supreme Court judges were all appointed by a Prime Minister. It would be a very big problem for Canada to force a Province to sign the Constitution. This would cause another constitutional crisis. And that would make Happy Hour at the Supreme Court one gigantic booze guzzling event, followed by a giant headache, Interestingly enough the current Head of the Supreme Court of Canada studied Philosophy at University. She has two degrees in Philosophy ( a Bachelor and a Masters degree). But some how she also got an L.LB. How? And why did she get named to the top job in the court system? Usually it would require a minimum of a Masters degree in Law. to be considered I will explore this soon .
