In the past, farmers have found it very difficult to farm in a large piece of land because it takes time to cultivate crops and even attend to large planting. Like for an example of clearing grasses, digging, harvesting, plumpping and lots more. But thank God, with the invention of technology, it has made farmer relax and also saved their in runing the farms.
The introduction of mechanized farming( the use of machines) made commercials farmers more relax in performing their duties. Technology came in to help carry out th tasks.
Technology has played a big role in developing the agricultural industry.
Today it is possible to grow crops inany where even in a desert by use of agricultural biotechnology.
With this technology, plants have been engineered to survive in drought conditions of any place.
This saves the farmer expenditure and it cuts out mediators who tend to buy small from farmers and sell high to end consumers.

Breeding of animals which are resistant to diseases. Indeed breeding of animals manage the flow of disease from one animal to other. They make sure that disease can be controlled.
