When you hear the word - Farming, the picture or the image that usually comes to mind is that of a rugged man who works hard in the paddy fields. In reality, there are many hundreds of women farm workers all over the world, especially in the eastern hemisphere. I am not familiar with the West farming.
Women are the hard workers who usually sow saplings in the fields, pluck weeds, tend to cattle and other farm animals, and also manage their lands very well but when it comes to recognition, they are often ignored or cast aside.

Interestingly, with the arrival of social media and YouTube, etc, many women have started recording their daily lives and have thousands of subscribers from all over the world who follow their lifestyles. One such person whom I follow on YouTube is Anishka whose channel is Anishka Village Cooking channel. She is very famous now and also utilizes the money she earns to help her family. At the same time works hard day and night to grow crops and uses the produce to prepare home-cooked food. Such examples of lady farmers should be shown to the young people so that they can be inspired to grow their crops. Farm produce is better than the vegetables bought from malls or stores.
Women in agriculture are a boon to society because they also help raise their children and teach them the ways of farm life like the lady in the 'Ballerina farm' channel. She is from the USA and her channel is all about raising children on the farm. She also sells farm produce. It is indeed heartwarming that such women are taking pains to do so much hard work. You might say that they are doing it for the money but then you cannot shrug off their hard work from dawn to dusk.
I know of many people who outsource their food-making to ladies in some of the metro cities in my country. They are not even bothered about hygiene factors and all. A farmer and his wife are always working. Another day and the cycle repeats. So, always respect the food you eat because it is the result of a hard-working man or woman.
My small suggestion - grow a small tomato plant. Become a farmer.
