d day everyone, today I'm gonna share my experience with the new game on the Hive blockchain.
City Farm is a farming simulator game, where you can manage your farm and earn money while playing it.
It may not look as fancy as other farm simulator game but i know it will improve with time. This game is created by @lavino and @mundovirtualhive, the game utilizes other 2 games in Hive (King of Duels & Big Bone Dog).
The tokens of both KOD and Big bone Dog can be use to purchase seeds and also the initial pack in City Farm.
As of now there is a staking in City Farm where you can stake the raw materials in your farm and turn them into points, which will determine percentage of Swap-hive you will get weekly, Yes! you hear it right, the staking gives weekly rewards to those who stake some of there raw materials and you can also stake $KOD and $HUESO tokens but there is a limit on how much $KOD and $HUESO you can stake weekly.
City Farm has it's own in-game market where you can sell your raw materials or the products that you harvested from your farm which uses $KOD and $HUESO as the main currencies for buying and selling products.
HOW can you start with the game? or what pack should i buy to get started with the game, that is the common questions that i always hear, my honest opinion is is to buy all 4 packs.
Because if you only buy the initial pack you will not be able to sustain your own farm with just wheat land, as what a real farm, you would need water and energy for your farm to be sustainable, which you can have if you buy the SUPER SPECIAL PACK.
This is not a financial advice but an honest opinion on my side, there is always the risk of losing money, so do more research and only invest what you can afford to lose.
Lastly, if you play King of duels, you can claim free water or energy or a chance to get them both if you complete the daily 4 matches win in King of duels.

So far there is not much you can do with the game but stake, harvest and repeat, hopefully more modes and animation can be added to the game as time goes by.
