It's the 2nd story when a CPS application tot he court was taken back! Kids were returned to their Mom! Unfortunately, after 1,5 year of struggle....but still it's victory!
Some months ago in my country we had the 1st case when CPS took their application from the court back. Now it's the 2nd case!
So it works! Family protectors have found necessary "buttons" to influence CPS outrage and make them give kids back to parents!
Maria had 2 sweet twins of 3 years old. She was a single Mom, the father of kids had died soon after their birth. Maria had to take care of kids 24/7 because there were no free places in kindergartens of her city (as she was said). They used state money help only, she couldn't find any job having 2 kids at home.
The trouble came when she went to the market and left kids alone at home for some minutes. Anyhow twins opened the door and went to seek for their Mom....
Neighbors (again they!!) were so "kind" to call police....
When Maria came back, kids had been taken away...
She needed about 7 days to find out where they were!
They lived in an orphanage, moreover, one if them felt bad and needed medical help...
No meetings, no personal contacts, Maria was just let to bring food and goods for them..
1,5 years Family protectors were fighting with the system and CPS outrage.
In fact, the woman wasn't limited in her rights, wasn't deprived of her parental rights, she had no reasons for it even!! But still 1,5 years were needed for this struggle...
At last some days ago great news came!
Maria got her twins back!!
