What is the end for this long family's fight that I described a month ago?
As a rule all figths with CPS last for months or even years.
This story isn't an exception.
First attacks of CPS began many months ago. As a result, kids were taken away to orphanages.
Right and family protectors tried to support and defend these parents who aren't ideal but not so bad NOT TO BE PARENTS for their own kids!
Financial difficulties isn't a reson for destroying families.
Some days ago the court was held.
It lasted for 12 hours!!!!!
from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m.
and what is the result?
The prosecutor was for restriction of parental rights.
The representative of the Ministry of Social Affairs was for restriction as well.
CPS is for deprivation.
Both restriction and deprivation mean taking children away....
Officials like to interpret restriction as a pardon. But in reality, it is cutting off the tail in pieces.
The court decided to restrict Pavel and Marianna's parental rights to all four children.
Juvenile justice has not gone anywhere.
In this place at least.
Let me remind you, the lawsuit was about deprivation of parental rights.
Lawyers still defended part of the positions.
But kids won't return home....
At least now..
