The story of this woman is tragical and unbelievable.
Svetlana Zubko is a mother of 7 kids. She got married very early when she was a young girl and gave birth to 6 kids. Her husband tragically died, and the woman was left alone with kids when she was pregnant with the 7th kid.
The family lived not rich life, and their flat needed repair, but a lonely pregnant woman with 6 kids couldn't do it.
CPS "helped" her.
They took her kids away "because of poverty".
The court ordered alimony, but in this situation no one would hire Svetlana and she could not pay alimony.
Then, according to the court, she was sent to a colony.
Alimony at that time was 20,000 rubles (200$ now).
Prison for a pregnant lonely woman with 6 kids because of 200$??!
Svetlana gave birth to her seventh child, Nastya, in prison. She was offered to give up the child, but Svetlana did not give up the girl.
In 2023 Nastya was 9 years old. All the other children were scattered among different families, flagrantly violating the law. Those who had reached the age of majority were not given apartments (though it's illegal, they had to have flats according to the law).
But it's not all...
An accident happened. Nastya was crossing the road in the wrong place and was hit by a car. Despite the fact that Svetlana explained to the child that the street should only be crossed at a pedestrian crossing, and that the incident did not end as dramatically as it could have - only with a broken leg, CPS and school decided to blame Svetlana again!!
They filed a lawsuit to restrict Svetlana's parental rights.
Having once overtaken the victim, the juvenile machine does not stop until it completely destroys the family...
The statement of claim mentions countless “conversations” with CPS over the phone as “work with the family,” visits when the door was not opened, and the mother’s condition allegedly “intoxicated.” '
As usual, CPS have no proofs for it, and all facts are fake.
The initiator of the selection of the child was the gymnasium where Nastya studied.
I don't know why this case wasn't loud then 9 years ago, when the mother was prisoned. But thanks God it was loud a year ago, when her last daughter was under the threat of being taken away like other 6 kids...
The fight was lasting more than 1 year.
Soon the court will say its decision.
