As reported in this blog a few days ago, the principal of a high school in West Virginia is on the hot seat for violating HIPAA and FERPA laws, and for reading off a list of un-pharmaceuticalized/un-mercuryized students at the school year's opening assembly, and then forcing those students to march out in front of everyone else and to be sent home. The Football Coach apparently then took the lead in getting together a petition with over 1600 signatures (to date) of the local residents of the small towns of the school's service area (population 2000+)
The school board is considering action, and here is the latest:
According to this update, several parents have filed complaints with the U.S. Department of Educations. Other parents of the affected kids are considering civil suit, perhaps even a class action lawsuit against the Principal, Reva Wallace.
For my part, I certainly hope she loses her job and can not get another one anywhere in public education. I also hope the fallout from this NAZI-like event sends a strong message to the Vaxx pushers in other states, that the rights of the people can not simply be tromped on by corporations and their faulty science and need for ill-gotten gains.
