A Short Fact about the Biggest Island of the World.

Have you ever wonder what's the biggest island of the world?

Well, it's sad to say that most of us don't even know the name of the Seven continents of the world- Hey, raven are you calling us dumb? As I said most of us, okay?! Geez, bro I'm not belittling you I was just stating the fact. So back the topic. What is an island, how do we identify that a mass of land is called an island, and not a chocola -- continent?!

Well, according to the Oxford dictionary, the mother of all dictionary. Defines continent as," a connected to continuous track of land, or Any of the world's main continuous expanses of land (Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, Australia, Antarctica).  While island of the other-hand," Is a piece of land surrounded by water, or a thing regarded as resembling an island, especially in being isolated, detached, or surrounded in some way.

Right then, the world's biggest island is~

It's Greenland of course,  at a staggering 836,109 sq mi ( 2,166,086 sq km), Greenland is the largest island on Earth (unless you want be annoying and start counting continents as islands). So don't be annoying and accept it as it is.  Greenland's population is about just right: 56,256 people as of now; and is equivalent to 0% ( Oh, you want to be specific? then it's: 0.0007406941599361063% of the world's population ( 7,595,037,607  and is still moving in a upward trend.)
