Social Media & Materialistic Life
I don't know much about writing, this is my 1st time expressing something like this. I hope you like it.
Okay, let's see how the things right now.
I am from Surat, India. I find most of the youth so obsessed with selfies & social media likes that some college teens are renting DSLR Cameras for 500-1000 bucks!!!
" Facebook - for sad people without a life "
I used to have facebook account year ago, most of my news feed is either advertisements or someone visiting exotic places, the problem with that is people nowadays going to the hill station and adventure sport just to show off "Look how cool my life is". It makes most of the people think "Everyone is enjoying their life, only my life sucks", but trust me nobody is enjoying it. so I decided to delete the facebook account, after one year my life is at peace and calm. I am out of this dopamine feedback loop and it feels so good.
Obsession with Western Culture
People are so dumb that they blindly follow anything that comes from western culture. Let's say McDonald's, Western Countries just exporting their trashes globally and everybody is consuming without thinking is it good for your health or not? Most people don't know that McDonald's Franchises are shutting down in their own countries!! "Nearly 40% of people in Kuwait diabetic" It all starts with Food chains entering in their country after the 80's.
I don't what else to write but i feel little relax after sharing these thoughts on steemit.
