Loneliness is very bad for health because it contributes to cadiovascular diseases, stroke and hypertension and is probably a cause of depression. Loneliness makes one lose confidence in oneself and creates that feeling of being inferior
CAUSES OF LONELINESS
People experience loneliness for many reasons such as lack of friendship, absensence of sugnificant person on ones life.
WHAT CAN BE DONE
There are no real medications to loneliness. The currently recommended treatment revolves around establishing social relationships, communication and associating more with people.
