In providing the services to the users Skyllz cooperates with Workkola as Workkola has experienced in boosting and measuring Talent Branding. Skyllz establishes what they call as Skyllz Distributed Platform (SDP). How does this platform work? Read further.
Skyllz Distribution Platform
Adopting Workkola’s model of skills assessment, Skyllz is deploying the Skyllz Distributing Platform. This platform serves as the global protocol for proof-of-skills. Within this platform, anyone is able to validate and develop their skills in a standardized and meritocratic manner. The platform can be accessed by anyone because it is a kind of an open-source ecosystem. It is created based on blockchain tech enabling distributed protocol on skills validation. As a result, it can be a universal platform that revolutionizes the way human skills are showcased and boosted.
SDP attempts to unite, scale and put the whole ecosystem of the platforms together with a distributed protocol.
The Skyllz Team
The platform won’t work well if there is no technical team supported by the devoted leader and advised by experienced advisors. Skyllz was founded by three people. The first one is Alvaro Moreno. His position in the company is the CEO. He is a technology enthusiast with Marketing and Market Research background. He is also known as the founder of mappunto.com. The second founder is Jesus Avila. He is the CTO of the company. He is a blockchain developer with a background in Computer Science. The next is Antonio Roman who is also the CMO of Skyllz. His expertise is in marketing strategies but he is also known as a clever hacker.
These three co-founders work together to lead the rest of the team members. In the team, you can meet business developers, UI designers, psychologists, and more. The team does not work alone. They are assisted by an advisory team. Skyllz has five advisors. The advisory team consists of three general advisors and two blockchain advisors. Most of them are technology geeks and successful entrepreneurs.
Skyllz Roadmap
Actually, Skyllz has been in the industry since 2015. However, at that time the company has not cooperated yet with Workkola. In the year, the company released the Alpha version of the platform. A year later, it started the work with Workkola and released the first Beta version. The full version was released in 2017. In the first quarter of 2018, the company held presale token sale. The presale ended in March 2018. The team also prepared the development plan for the merging of Skyllz and Workkola. At the moment, Skyllz is preparing the public sale that will be done in June to July. In the last quarter of 2018, the integration of Skyllz Distribution Platform and Workkola will be done.
For 2019, the agendas will be testing the SDP, integrating API to the platform, and implementing the Skyllz voting system. Moreover, in 2020, the company will launch the full version of SDP and its latest version.
SKT Token Attributes
The name of tokens created by Skyllz is SKT. The token utility later will be used to incentivize those who rate the networks. Therefore, SKT will work with two other main elements. They are the smart contracts and the proof-of-skill rating system. The token will also serve as a means of services payment within the platform. In addition to the members of the ecosystem, the tokens will be needed by the company partners.
In the long-run, SKT value can increase as other applications use the business model with SKT tokens. It is known that there will be 800 million tokens supplied but unfortunately, the company has not commenced the ICO token sales.
