Today I share a post about the lunch menu.
In accordance with my blood type, which is O, I am encouraged to consume grilled fish.
All types of fish, if the cooking process by baking, will taste delicious.
Especially with using spices, this will increase our appetite.
The cooking process is not too complicated.
Only by cleaning the fish, then smeared with herbs and then wrapped in banana leaves.
After that, the fish that has been wrapped is placed on the furnace below which there are coals of fire.
To find out the fish is ripe, I see a banana leaf that wraps the fish.
If the banana leaves are blackish, then I turn the fish around so that it is evenly distributed.
After the banana leaves are evenly blackish, then lift the fish and ready to be served.
This is today's lunch menu.
