World’s Daily Food Photo Contest - Thursday Seafood - Fish Adobo (Paksiw nga Isda)

Fish adobo or fish paksiw is fished cooked in vinegar sometimes with soy sauce and others. Here in the Visayas or Illonggos call it Pinamarhan nga isda (fish). I like to cook mine with vinegar a little soy sauce, spices and I put a little cooking oil then sugar. I also put a lot of onions and garlic.
