People Active in Social Media Actually lonely

Have you ever played social media or the internet for hours and felt empty? Calm down, you're not alone.

Because, according to some studies, there is a relationship between excessive interaction in social media and loneliness.

"It's true that spending more than two hours on social media is a sign of social isolation than those who play social media less than two hours a day," explains Katherine Hobson of National Public Radio.

Then, people who visit social media about 58 times a week or more tend to experience social isolation than people who tend not to play social media.

The study is published by the American Journal of Preventive Medicine.

The results of this study are not too surprising. Because the relationships that exist in social media are not real, it is totally different from the solid relationship where you meet and talk face-to-face
