is changing the behavior of farmers through increasing the knowledge, attitudes, skills and motivation of the target farmers so that farmers are able to make decisions in carrying out and developing their own farming business independently.
through the role of extension, farmers are expected to be aware of their needs, improve their abilities, and be able to play a role in society better.
Based on this role, agricultural extension workers are the spearhead of the success of agricultural development.
