maximize profits in Steemit: services of an Optimizer

What is the best way to maximize profits in Steemit? How can I maximize my score?

Steemit is a very complex ecosystem that has many facets, many factors that affect this and that and when people enter, almost everyone is burdened by the amount that is there to learn, interact and develop the process. For those who come in and think it's simple, you've missed something, look again.

To me, the complexity is interesting and all the interrelated behaviors are interesting to observe and try to understand. Do I always see them clearly, do I always judge my evaluation correctly? No, definitely not but overall, I do an acceptable job for my purposes.

But, let's face it, most people are here to make money and everyone cares about it to some extent, even though this is not the main focus. However, I have found some people now (about 40 in the last 6 months) and have witnessed something that confirms my suspicions all along. Those who try to optimize profits are the worst in making a profit.

It's paradoxical in some ways but it's pretty clear why I think. They have gone with their desire to gain profit and their intuition about how it should be achieved, but does not take into account how the platform behaves. Most of the optimiser are technical thinkers and have seen the algorithm and how they can use it to extract the maximum value.

However, the people who have done their best are community builders who instead of trying to maximize value have focused their efforts on community interaction. While the optimiser has a head buried in detail, social thinkers create connections, build relationships, get to know people and find any kind of information that is not in the coding.

What people seem to often forget here is that for the most part and for consistency, humanvote, not bot. Sure, some bots are autovoters but, humans generally determine them. People think that it should not be 'that you know' in this world and it should be just 'what you know', to know what skills are in and of itself and therefore a process you know. Social people know what they know and that is to develop rapport.

I read some conversations today about answering comments and how long it takes. They were not great at doing this and replied with Thanks! not much better than those who commented with great post! Wre they? It is part of social experience and if one does not realize that they should interact more, but they try to optimize the rewards, they are in a tough struggle. What kind of reply to the comments made by the socialists compared to the optimiser?

Intuition is based on knowledge which means becoming social to counter-intuitive technical optimizers. This is outside their comfort zone and not where they like it, but classifies themselves as smart based on what they know, not what is not and tends to slow their own progress because they do not want to introduce new skills.

Now, here's a big part of the difference between optimizer and socialist in Steemit, support. Oh, you think it would be more? No, the socialists get more support and I do not just mean to post them. They get emotional support, they get support support and content support, they have people who offer help when asked and those who can share jokes and laughter. They have, society.

I know there are times when this place gets frustrated. I know it. Sometimes market fluctuations affect quickly, FUD is widespread and the whole set of changes can be combined to make the environment seem very hostile. Although technically optimistic should be comfortable here, they seem to still have an emotional response, but who are they turning to? Community problems here even if all you want to do is make money.

Those who are trying to optimize their way through Steemit, take a step back and see what you miss because no matter your purpose here, a sense of community is likely to help you get there. We may all die alone but, we do not need to live that way.
