The owner of Gambino Coffee, Wenty Akbar Rasjid, said cold brew or cold coffee produces coffee with 67% lower acidity compared to hot brewed coffee. Because the brewing with cold water will avoid coffee beans oxidized due to hot temperatures. It can also extract the taste in whole coffee beans and whole.
"Cold coffee is considered ideal for people with heartburn," he said.
Gambino Coffee is a coffee producer that brings cold brew technique. It takes between 18-20 hours to produce a cold-brewed coffee that can be enjoyed with flavor variants, both black coffee and latte coffee.
