¡Hola! Soy María Gabriela
Una persona sensible y adaptable a muchas situaciones, amo las prácticas deportivas desde pequeña y lo que me he dado cuenta entre las cosas que amo que andar en bici es una de las prácticas deportivas más afines a mi personalidad Además, como algo innato en mí crear y descrear con mis manos cualquier cosa me da satisfacción porque le doy otra cara , otro aire ,otra segunda oportunidad.Soy autodidacta desde que tengo uso de razón y cuando quiero mejorar eso que me encanta busco el acompañamiento de los más especializados.
Desde pequeña tenía la facilidad de ver más allá de mi espacio, me imaginaba ser una super mujer, con poderes y ya entiendo por donde me llevaba la vida.
Soy la segunda de 4 hermanos,mi mamá y mi papá fallecido.
De pequeña recuerdo ser muy callada, introvertida, soñadora pero al final muy observadora de todo mi entorno y veía que todos seguían por un mismo camino, y yo queriendo Ser, hacer una vida bonita, y para qué estaba destinada? o más bien que me tenía preparado el universo, creo que es el sueño de todo niño.
Desde pequeña sufría de problemas de piel, asma, gastritis y hoy en día entiendo que esos problemas de salud eran acondicionados por mi forma de ser y las limitantes de ese entonces.
Fui creciendo, queriendo independizarme y a la vez curiosa del por qué de la vida, quienes somos y a que vinimos, creyendo en otro universo paralelo, en que todo influye en nosotros y que tenemos ese poder de cambiar al mundo o por lo menos donde vivimos. Me casé,tuve mis hijas y encontré la persona perfecta, esa que te deja ser sin juicios y yo aprendiendo a quererlo, esa es otra historia que contar. Hoy día, ya llevamos 23 añitos juntos y 17 de casados donde la pandemia nos unió mucho más y entendimos que hay que darse su espacio para que cada uno crezca como persona a su tiempo.
Construimos un negocio en plena decadencia económica de nuestro país, así abrimos, queriendo hacer mejoras en nuestra comunidad, inexpertos pero con mucho amor y sacrificio.Cerramos en el 2018.
En el 2015 mi hija menor fue diagnosticada celíaca y comienza otra etapa en nuestra alimentación, me incluyo porque ya eran muchos los cambios en la mía, con la de ella aprendo mucho más sobre la condición y el daño que hace el gluten.
Comienzo en el 2019 una formación en Gastronomía y Nutrición en Alianza con TyP ( Trabajo y Persona) y me doy cuenta que para ayudar a mi hija debo salir de mi entorno para avanzar porque mi camino era Alimentacion SIN GLUTEN.
Al mes de graduarnos me voy a la capital y comienzo mi formación, un Diplomado en Elaboraciones de Productos Horneados Libres de Gluten, lo fue todo y el comienzo de un mundo mágico donde aprender sobre la influencia tan importante de cada ingrediente es la base para un producto de calidad tanto sensorialmente como nutricional y tecnológica.¡Lo máximo!
Actualmente soy emprendedora de una marca de productos sin gluten, apenas 2 añitos creada y vamos llevándola paso a paso, aprendiendo en todo momento.
Simultáneamente llevo mi cuenta de ideas y creaciones donde fluyo con facilidad.Estoy aquí con muchas ganas de aprender y dar lo mejor a través de mi experiencia a quien lo necesite.

A sensitive and adaptable person to many situations, I love sports practices since I was little and what I have realized among the things I love that riding a bike is one of the sports practices more akin to my personality
Additionally, as something innate in me create and uncreate with my hands anything gives me satisfaction because I give it another face, another air ,another second chance.I am self-taught since I have use of reason and when I want to improve that I love I seek the accompaniment of the most specialized.
Since I was a child I had the facility to see beyond my space, I imagined myself to be a super woman, with powers and now I understand where life was taking me.
I am the second of 4 siblings, my mother and my father died.
As a child I remember being very quiet, introverted, dreamy but in the end very observant of all my surroundings and I saw that everyone followed the same path, and I wanted to Be, to make a beautiful life, and what was I destined for? or rather what did the universe have in store for me, I think it is the dream of every child.
Since I was a little girl I suffered from skin problems, asthma, gastritis and today I understand that those health problems were conditioned by my way of being and the limitations of that time.
I grew up, wanting to be independent and at the same time curious about the why of life, who we are and why we came, believing in another parallel universe, that everything influences us and that we have the power to change the world or at least where we live. I got married, had my daughters and found the perfect person, the one who lets you be without judgment and I learned to love him (that's another story to tell.Today, we have been together for 23 years and 17 years of marriage where the pandemic united us much more and we understood that we must give each other space so that each one grows as a person in his or her own time.
We built a business in full economic decline of our country, so we opened, wanting to make improvements in our community, inexperienced but with much love and sacrifice.We closed in 2018.
In 2015 my youngest daughter was diagnosed celiac and begins another stage in our diet, I include myself because there were already many changes in mine, with hers I learn much more about the condition and the damage that gluten does.
I start in 2019 a training in Gastronomy and Nutrition in Alliance with T&P (Work and Person) and I realize that to help my daughter I must leave my environment to move forward because my path was GLUTEN-FREE Food.
A month after graduating I went to the capital and started my training, a Diploma in Gluten Free Baked Goods, it was everything and the beginning of a magical world where learning about the important influence of each ingredient is the basis for a quality product both sensory and nutritional and technological.the maximum!
Currently I am an entrepreneur of a brand of gluten-free products, just 2 years old and we are taking it step by step, learning all the time.
Simultaneously I have my account of ideas and creations where I flow with ease, I am here with a lot of desire to learn and give the best through my experience to those who need it.
