Etnosism and the State.

Ethnosism defines the form of statehood and its structure as an ethno-national union of a constituent part of an ethnos from national states that were formed from a historical community of people.

The very concept of ethnos is based on the concept of the primordialist theory of unification by blood, exposing ethnic unification as the highest form of state structure.

Ethnosism sets itself the definite task of uniting nations into an ethnic state for further cooperation, as well as building allied relations with representatives of their own race.

In this case, the hierarchical distribution develops as follows:

I. Race (Caucasoid) as a hereditary biological unity;

II. Ethnicity (Slavs, Germans, Celts ...) as a cultural-tribal origin, from which the race is formed;

III. Nation (Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, French etc.) as a political and historical community of people from which an ethnos is formed;

IV. A people (boiks, Hutsuls, Lemkos, Pomors, Urals ...) as a group of people united by common characteristics, from which a nation is formed.

At the same time, the political form of power is divided into two concepts:

I. System of Totalitarianism in the highest echelons of power (Choice of an ethnic leader, ethnopolitical, general economic issues ...)

II. The system of Ethno-Racial Democracy, in which human rights are adjusted in accordance with the prescribed laws on the citizenship of the nation, distributing the population of the country to those who belong to the ethnic group or blood related to it and belong to racially alien tribes. (Each nation retains its personal, political, socio-economic, cultural and environmental human rights. Each representative of OWN nation reserves the right to freely vote and choose the national leader of OWN country)

Unlike the national leader of a separate nation within an ethnos, an ethnic leader is NOT elected by the electoral system.

This representative is selected from among the already EXISTING leaders of nations, by voting of the above persons with a separately created electoral system.

The hierarchical distribution contains:

I. Ethnic Leader (the leader of a certain ethnic group, of which the nations are composed) with a totalitarian system of government and full control over ethnopolitical, general economic, internal and internal issues of ethnic unification.

II. The National Leader of the chosen system of ethno-racial democracy from the representatives of this electoral group remains only with the REPRESENTATIVES of the nation.
