It appears that your account has not earned points in the last 25 days. GrabPoints terms state that if you do not complete an offers every 30 days, your points balance will reset to zero. The terms state the following:
GrabPoints reserves the right to execute the expiration of unredeemed Points in those accounts that are inactive for a period of 30 days. Active is defined as watching videos, completing offers, downloading apps or completing any action EXCLUDING redeeming promo codes, referring users, or any other activity that does not result in revenue. Any expired points still remaining in your account may lead to refusal to redemption.
