I have watched this place closely since I signed up a week ago and I have noticed that those who write negatively about Steemit get hit with downvotes and those who speak positively get powerful upvotes.
It would make sense that, those who have a lot invested in Steem would want to encourage positive speak about Steemit. They would want to encourage confidence in their investment and discourage people from using Steemit as a platform to break down confidence in their product.
Is the perception of Steem accurate? If it isn't how can we give the community coming into Steemit a better and positive perspective of Steemit? If it is accurate, what does it mean for Steemit long term and what should the next step be?
