Hello Steemians, today I want to talk about how a country economic problems affects the youth of today.
In Nigeria today it not about what you'd love to study in the University or what you aspire to be .
It about studying a course in order to get a job in the government house.
Many student have let go of their dreams to become a Shoe designer, An Actor or An Actress.
Now every students are forced into studying what will get them more and fast money .
Where is that joy of reading the subject of the course your studying???
Where is that smile of becoming what you dreamt of becoming??

Today in Nigeria parents force their children into becoming a Doctor, a Politician, a Pilot.
They don't care if they are happy or not.
You can't force a lover of Art to study Medcine, or A Lover of Repairing things to study Teaching.
When I was still in High school I had a lot of friends who wanted to switch from Science to Art but couldn't because their parents wants them to become a Pharmacist or a Surgeon, and they kept failing because that not where they were meant to be

.We all want to become successful in Life..
We all want to be rich,but imagine after spending 7years studying medicine and then you realise that just wasn't what you wanted, then you live an unsatisfied life..
Because of the bad leadership and bad economic problems, the youth now wants "White Collar Jobs"..Jobs without stress
If every youth studies Engineering or Banking, who will till the soil in the farm and produce green foods to enrich our body??
It because of the bad economic crisis that our youth end up as Robbers and kidnappers because they don't have the money to fund their education

The bad economic problems in Nigeria has affected the citizens and the youth in particular
Let try and prevent making bad decisions concerning our education because of the economic problems in our country
And parents should give support to your children's dream
