Early age is a golden period of child growth. Parents are role models for the education of children's character in early age. During this time, parents often define the intelligence of children with high intellectual ability (intelligence quotient), whereas real intelligence is not only based on intellectual intelligence ansich.
Intelligence can be divided into three categories, intellectual quotient (emotional quotient), emotional quotient (emotional quotient) and spiritual quotient (spiritual quotient). To form a generation of complete intelligence as the hope of Islam, absolutely necessary balance between the three. Thus, parents in addition to attention to intellectual intelligence, should also pay attention to emotional and spiritual intelligence to form the child's Islamic character from an early age.
