Quick and easy steak salad dinner for tonight

Step 1:
one four ounce steak for every person

  1. clean your steak, pat it dry on both sides, lightly oil and sprinkle dry steak seasoning on both side of your steak
  2. let uncooked steak rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking
  3. turn the heat on high and use a heavy skillet to cook your steak, try to avoid using Teflon nonstick cookware for this task
  4. wait for the skillet to get very not, not smoking hot. My hot skillet test is to place hand 6 inches above the hot skillet to to
    sense the heat and count to 6, if it's uncomfortable heat, the skillet is ready to go
  5. drop your steak, 4 minutes on 1st side and 3 minutes on 2nd side for each steak, don't crowd your skillet

Step 2:
Prepackaged salad bag
a loaf of french bread

Step 3:
Plate and enjoy!!!!!
