Something is missing. Life is not complete.

Money.
Possessions.
Social status.

Will not make you fully satisfied. Still lacking.
Finding more Easter eggs will drive us to find and gather some more.

Emptiness is attacking. Desires are searching.

God wants to redeem us from this deficient life and bring us back to real relationship with him. He sends Jesus. And died on the cross. He paid for our sins.

Why? That’s the root of unhappy life – SIN! We missed JOY and happiness because self and sin are our masters!

But… God wants to restore the missing piece in your lives. That’ where the resurrection of Jesus comes in.

This is more than "spiritual experiences" but rather more of "spiritual formation" inside you. This is the formation of the beauty of Christ in your life through His resurrection power.

JESUS IS OUR COMPLETENESS.

From 1Corinthians 15:12-20 we have an assurance that because Christ has been raised from the dead…

1. Forgiveness is available to you.

(17) And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. (18) Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost.

2. Your Faith Is not Useless

(12) But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? (13) If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. (14) And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith.

3. You can testify as reliable witness.

(15) More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead. But he did not raise him if in fact the dead are not raised.

4. You have a living hope.

(16) For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either.

5. You are to be envied.

(19) If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men. (20) But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.

The enemy of our lives is here to steal and kill and destroy; but Christ came that we may have life, and have it to the full (John 10:10).

You became God’s materpiece in progress. There’ everlasting joy that will not be ended by death. Jesus the author of life is alive in you. He conqured death – He’s a victor and so, YOU ARE!
