HelpDesk Team Creation (w/ budget). An Earthnation DAO Proposal 10/4/2017.

Following is a proposal that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.

"I would like to coordinate a new team:

a HELPDESK Team, to provide support for member with computer/phone issues, and other misc. IT tasks.

initial plan:

provide user support to EN' citizen (via chat + voice)
identify and document workarounds when things don't work as expected with EarthNation's system.
deploy a simple "ticket" system for logging/trackin issues (ZenDesk style)
++ I just learned with access to Softaculous (cPanel) I have access to a bunch of customer-support tools :

future plan:

same user support and in addition :
help with deploying necessary infrastructure as we grow.
maintain Earth Nation system in good operating condition later down the road, I would like to migrate toward a decentralized system for our servers and storage. this way allowing us to move toward a real DistributedAO ( (IPFS or a like : read more http://www.ipfs.io)
Budget : 500keys per month (we can revise down if needs varies)"
