Following is a proposal that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.
"As alternative for immediate and permanent exile of a member from the Earth Nation as soon as they exposed to break any rule and term of passed proposal and any other Earth Nation rules that are currently in effect I promise the following protocol:
To to check with the one who broke the rule if they are even aware of that rule.
To give them the opportunity to correct what they have done. That includes the self-forgiveness for past decisions and self-corrective application of future actions.
Only after making sure that the individual after several warnings did not take self-responsibility to change the harmful pattern and is totally mind-possessed, extreme measure of exile is to be taken.
Exile is to be temporary and only until the individual by public self-correction proves that they have changed.

Because making quick decisions to exclude individuals that need assistance in understanding and correcting their behaviour patterns is part of the old paradigm. Now is the time to slow down and to assist each other with real compassion and patience in order for each individual to become a responsible member of universal society.
