If you want the people to live in confusion, and constant war, lie to them about where they live. When you do this the people will be in a constant state of argument, the side that buys into the BS, and the side searching for truth. The side going off of what they are told vs. the side using their senses. It will make the people feel insignificant, when you tell them they are on a tiny spinning ball, hurtling through infinite space, a grain of sand compared to all the other planets. When in reality, they are the center of the universe, the sun rotating around them, living in a world crafted by a loving God. How big do you think you are?
