During this week, we have explored using specific tones to activate the body's energy centres - The Chakra system.
We were delighted to be joined by Mo - @waybeyondpadthai and Tyler - @maslowmission from the DTubeDaily Family, adding some extra charge to the chanting today!
Today, we are activating the Crown Chakra, or Sahaswara.
This is the top chakra of the seven and located at the crown of the head. It is the source of enlightenment and spiritual connection to all that is. It is a connection to our higher selves, to every being on the planet, and ultimately the divine energy that creates everything in the universe.
You are pure consciousness, undivided, and all expansive. Like a drop in the ocean, you are a part of that ocean that contains and encompasses every aspect of it.
As well as carrying out the chant, you may wish to visualise colour during the process. The colour associated with this Chakra is violet.
