This is an animated photo edit of a Hunter Guardian charging a Honored Legionary with his Arcstrider. I applied a subtle pulsating lighting effect to the already lighted staff. With animated rain to boot. Wanted to try this rain effect out as there was existing rain in the screenshot. Looped into a video to see the effects.
