Like the title says, this video was made in 2017 and also appears on my YouTube channel. Youtube sucks because they don't use Steem, so never mind that.
The smaller frame in this video features me on bass during a rehearsal. I can't remember the name of that song.
The larger high-speed portion of this little music video features my bass chart making process. It's not safe to take the original bass charts out of the big band director's book. What if I can't make it to rehearsal? I've taken the charts home to study, and now the substitute bass player is screwed. They will need to look at the piano or guitar player's charts and that sucks. I don't have a copy machine and I have never wanted to own a printer after discovery that they are made to break. I don't like chasing gear, dongle upgrades or enabling planed obsolescence. I upload my bass charts to DropBox and print them at FedEx. Does it cost more money? I don't think it does and I don't care. My income tax records hate me, but I don't care.
This is my first DTube upload because it didn't work for me in the past. I have used Dlive in the past, but now they are off Steem. Like I said to one of our Steem neighbors that inspired me to use DTube again "I hope Dlive's foot gets better soon, because it sounds like the shot it off."
