Yes, unfortunately sometimes there seems to be some issue with dtube but the team is very responsive in that sort of issues.
The network is one of the issue so I do suggest be at a stable connection and try to upload the video at 720p.
While if any kind of problems occur try the incognito mode of the browser and it works pretty perfect.
