I know so many people most especially the minnows would probably be wondering that after taking long hours to make a post on steemit all you get is a 0.00$ upvote or comments on their post, one of the reason for this is not far fetch this could be as a result of so many factor but the one that is contain in this post is content creation/staying relevant on the steemit blockchain.

However to better understand the concept of content creating/ staying relevant on the steem blockchain it is expedient the we first of all understand the term content, creation and relevant in the context of information.

Content is something that is to be expressed through some medium, as speech, writing or any various arts: a poetic form adequate to a poetic content or in simpler form content is the information and experiences that are directed towards an end-user or audience.
Content can be delivered via many different medium including the internet, cinema, television etc, while creation can be said to be the action or process of bringing something into existence.
On the other hand relevance in this context is your ability to continually attract audience to your blog.
So with this definition it is clear to say that before content can be created and relevant you need a target audience (steemians) and a channel (steemit) to be able to deliver your content.
Content can be of any form: text, speech, audio, video or a combination of either of the two audiovisual.

So before creating content one should be able to provide answers to the following questions.
Who is my target audience?
Of what importance is the content of this blog to my target audience?
Is this content rich enough to impact positively on the life of my target audience?
Of what relevance is my write up?

Once you are able to provide answers to this question then you are on your way to writing quality content.

the steem blockchain Is not a quick rich scheme neither is it a place where you come and enrich yourself without producing quality content, as you are getting reward from the community you should also give back to the community @ehiboss

Whatever you are posting should be of relevance, informative and of good quality and of course adding value to the community.

as a steemians you have 0-2minute window to make a first impression of yourself to your community or network on the steem blockchain @fisteganos.

It is paramount that you find what your niche is and focus on creating quality content.

one of the secret to be successful on the steem blockchain is by finding your niche.
@ehiboss.
if I visit your post and I do not see what I like or what I see is just a tweet instead of a reasonable content, I will not upvote you @fisteganos.

Everybody that is coming to steemit at first complained about I don’t know what to write about forgetting that content goes beyond just writing, content creation is what you can offer to do and people will get value from it, you can choose to do text, video, or even audio
We don’t have to write all the time because whatever forms you use is the quality of the content that counts.
He reiterated that for you to be able to be successfully write content you have to have answers to the question: what value are people going to get from this thing am giving out, if you are able to answer that question then you know that whatever you are putting out will fly.

what i learnt
at the end i learnt that to stay relevant on the steem blockchain, is for you to at all times creating quality content and that it does not have to be writing alone but rather any form of content creation.
i also learnt that one of the best way to succeed is for you to find your niche and at time produce useful information to your network that is not all about just blog but is about blog to impact life.

once again thanks to the Abuja steemit community for organizing this meetup.
@xpency, @jacobite, @chiama and also thanks to @fisteganos for the wonderful lecture indeed i learnt alot.
